We believe that God has revealed Himself to us in His Holy Word – the Bible.
We believe that God’s Word was communicated to its writers by God’s Spirit, and is therefore without error in fact or precept.
We believe it accurately outlines the principles for a meaningful life — one which is to our benefit and God’s glory; and, that it teaches the means by which sinners (such as all of us at Grace) can be forgiven and become forever members of God’s Family (by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ — John 3:16; I John 5:12; Rom. 3:23; 6:23, Eph. 2:8,9).
We believe God is holy, righteous and just and that He is gracious, merciful and kind.
We believe God is one in substance, three in person (called Tri-unity, or Trinity); that Jesus Christ has existed eternally, but became flesh for a time, being born of a virgin; that He was sinless in nature and life; that He was the sinner’s substitute, paying the full price of sin on the cross; and that all who truly believe in Him have everlasting life.
We believe that God hears and answers the prayers of His people; that the church is God’s ordained institution for regular, corporate worship; that believers should read God’s Word, pray, worship, fellowship, serve in the church and proclaim the Good News to whomever, and by whatever means God provides.
We believe that Christ is coming at the consummation of the age.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead and a glorious eternity for His people.
